A special offering from the Festival to all its patrons: a free outdoor family concert on the grounds of Picton’s beautiful Macaulay Heritage Park featuring ten members of the Hannaford Street Silver Band. Bring your own lawnchairs or blankets.
The Hannaford Street Silver Band is the only one of its kind in Canada. Its mission is to honour the traditions of this art form and, at the same time, place it in a contemporary context with a unique Canadian point of view.

The Macaulay Heritage Park features many points of interest: Macaulay House built in 1830; the original Church of St.Mary Magdalene which houses local historic exhibits; the old parish cemetary; historic gardens and authentic carriage house.
